Images of minors

No images of minors will appear on the public section of this website without the permission of the parents or guardians.

All galleries showing images of minors who can be identified are password protected.  Passwords are unique and obtainable from your clubs representatives, we do not email or give out passwords over the phone.  We are however happy to give you contact details for the club representatives who can assist you .

We do not sell and individual images of a child under 18 years to person(s) other than the parents or legal guardians of the subject.  Should you wish to purchase a picture of the child and you are not the parent or guardian you must gain consent from the childs parent or guardian and supply us with the contact details of the childs representative so we can verify the consent given.

We screen names with official club lists supplied directly to MCN Photo by the club.  This enables us to ensure person purchasing photos are indeed parents or guardians of the subject.

Images galleries are made using flash coding which eliminates the ability to save images to a hard drive.

Should you object to having an image on this site please let us know the file number and we will remove it as soon as possible, you can contact us through the website or by telephone on 0404 069 454. 

We only work with clubs that have contracted us, or individuals who have done the same.  We have also signed the working with children documentation as required.

All web orders require the purchaser to complete the details section of the shopping cart.  If you do not complete these fields the order can not be processed.

All of our employees or representatives will wear photo id which has been approved by the club.  

We do not supply or pass on your personal details to anyone.  Any data we collect is for the sole purpose of completing your order according to our privacy policy.  Any information retrieved from the world wide web or our site for the use of mailing lists will only be used by us for this purpose.

We will always do our best to ensure your privacy and the sale of images we screen all orders very carefully.  However, we cannot be held responsible should some one else purchase your child's image.
